WHAT KINDS OF CLEANING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Our range of commercial cleaning services includes janitorial work, window washing, carpet shampooing, floor maintenance, day porter services, restroom disinfection and odor control. We also provide special event clean up as well as deep-cleaning for construction sites or areas that have been remodeled.
IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?
Yes - we are insured and have a great safety record. We will be happy to provide you with a Certificate of Insurance.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL OFFICE CLEANING INCLUDE?
A typical cleaning schedule will include floor cleaning, sanitizing and wiping of horizontal and vertical surfaces (desks, ledges, tables), emptying of trash, sanitizing and disinfecting of restrooms, restocking of paper goods, and other general cleaning specifications.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IF I HAVE A REQUEST?
We will work with whatever style of communication you prefer. Our managers will be happy to speak with you on the phone, text or email you. We are available 24 / 7 to provide answers and assistance when you need it.
WILL THE SAME PERSON BE CLEANING EVERY TIME?
Yes - we like to have the same person cleaning your facility. If a team member is sick or on vacation, we will have someone cross trained to perform your regular services.
WHAT ARE YOUR HIRING POLICIES?
Unlike most janitorial and building maintenance companies, OCL does not employ sub-contractors but rather a trained and certified staff of cleaning teams led by our own onsite supervisors. Each team member is background checked before becoming an employee.
HOW SAFE ARE YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS? ARE THEY ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
OCL's preference is to utilize green cleaning chemicals, consumables and equipment that meet environmental accreditation or environmental performance standards to promote safe and healthy building environments for both clients and team members.
WHAT IS A DEEP CLEAN?
A deep clean ensures that every last centimeter of a workspace is thoroughly cleaned. The process typically involves moving furniture, mats, and other stationary objects to allow access to areas that are not addressed during a standard clean. A deep clean entails a scope of service above and beyond a regular, recurring clean.
HOW MUCH WILL MY FACILITY CLEANING COST?
Many factors impact the price of cleaning, however some key factors are:
Frequency - How often per week is your facility cleaned?
Size - The size of your facility impacts the length of time needed to thoroughly clean.
Environment - Traffic patterns, employee count number of customers also determine wear-and-tear or daily soiling, which in turn impacts pricing.
Materials - Varying material types (such as carpeted floor versus hardwood floor) require different cleaning techniques, which potentially impact service time or cleaning material requirements.
